How is THE LINK different?
- Differentiation is everything. Meeting teachers where they are and supporting their personal journey in learning, builds capacity and confidence in teachers. We do not believe in canned professional development, or one size fits all.
- We follow a Gradual Release Model for development. I DO (we teach), WE DO (we model with teacher interaction, input, and reflection), YOU DO (teacher practice with intentional feedback and reflection).
- We believe in FREQUENCY. The more on-site support, in the classroom, teaching/learning alongside teachers, the more effective our support is. Buidling strong working relationships with teachers is a key component of our support. The more we interact and connect with teachers, the more of an impact we have.
- We are affordable. We understand how important school funding is, guaranteeing that our support has a lasting impact. We also want to ensure that our contracts are frequent, so our prices reflect that ideology.
